Best for undisputed invoice-style debts. Stages typically: pre-action, issue/pleadings, summary judgment, enforcement.

Exact pricing depends on complexity, evidence and debtor profile.

For strong asset-backed claims, we can discuss CFAs or hybrids (reduced base + success element), subject to suitability checks.

For insolvency recoveries, we can price as a percentage of sums recovered where appropriate.

We build the case to maximise recoverable costs from the debtor (where rules allow) and use Part 36 tactically in defended matters.
